Kdc/one is currently hiring a dynamic Customer Account Manager at our Columbus, Ohio facility. As part of the kdc/one network, we are the leading best-in-class producer of beauty and personal care products! Our Columbus facility is accessible with an easy commute located on RT. 161/Beech Rd. in New Albany.

The Customer Account Manager coordinates and tracks all company customer related projects (existing), including creation and review of customer accounts, management of initiatives for visibility to purchasing, maintenance of inventory tracking for customer owned inventory, production and shipment of finished goods, and daily account management.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field preferred; in lieu of a degree a minimum of 5 years of work experience (customer account management experience) is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of previous customer service/customer account management experience is required.

This position is responsible for:

• Provides support and assistance with problem solving from shipping, purchasing, production, accounting, and working with IT as needed on system testing, etc.
• Manages the dissemination of customer quote packages, gathers necessary data ( line and tank assignment, capital needs, and profitability options) and provides final analysis to Costing for review; maintains customer margins.
• Initiates and owns the New Project process for new customer SKUs, including NPI review with Project team at all NPI meetings coordinates the new project process as it pertains to feasibility, capital requirements, costing, capacity planning, and profitability; manages timelines, and communicates/coordinates follow up activities.
• Leads all customer initiatives within the organization, inviting appropriate ancillary support as necessary, and maintaining visibility to actions, follow ups, and outcomes.
• Serves as customer relationship owner for all corporate customers, reviewing expectations, challenges, issues with a positive sense of understanding and urgency; escalates customer issues as appropriate within the organization.
